Ways For Improve Eyesight

1. Eat for bright eyesight:
Protect your peepers having a vision-ary diet! Our eyes require multiple nutrients to operate optimally. Start with these:
  • Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc are crucial to eyesight.
  • Foods full of sulfur, cysteine, and lecithin help protect the lens of the eye from cataract formation. Excellent choices include garlic, onions, shallots, and capers.
2. Limit Toxins in the environment:
External factors can bring about eye damage. These include fluorescent lights, computer screens, environmental allergens, chlorine in pools, air conditioning and heating, reading in dim lighting, and constant rubbing from the eyes. Do not smoke and limit your contact with cigarette smoke as it may increase optic pressure.

3. Exercise your vision:
These simple exercises can help you maintain optimal vision and can also keep those annoying eye floaters away. Perform these exercises very first thing in the morning, before bedtime, or whenever your eyes feel fatigued. Ensure your hands are clean and that the mood is relaxed. Invest in daily practice and you may just see better results within 30 days.
  • Warm your eyes:Rub your palms together to produce heat, and then place them upon your eyes for five seconds. Continue doing this three times.
  • Roll your eyes: Begin by looking up and then slowly circle10 times clockwise and Ten times counterclockwise.
  • Focus: Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your vision on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it comes down to six inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping the eyes focused on the pen, Ten times in all.
4. Resting the proper way:
Getting enough sleep is important for eye health. Sleep time allows your vision to fully rest, repair, and recover. Insufficient sleep may weaken how well you see, so shoot for eight hours of sound sleep an evening. Give your eyes a break once an hour or so during your workday: rest your vision 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or perhaps in front of the computer. In case your eyes feel overly tired, lay down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids.
